Africa has one of the poorest adolescent sexual and reproductive health (SRH) indicators, and a multiplicity of structural and sociocultural factors contribute to these poor adolescent SRH outcomes and other vulnerable groups. For us to be able to launch a wave that will influence policy changes or birth policies and guidelines that are of benefit to the people we need to gather enough information and as well analyze the existing one.

Health service delivery is considered good when equitable access to a comprehensive range of high-quality health services is ensured within an integrated and person-centered continuum of care. Given the difficulty faced by several SRH vulnerable groups of people in access to equitable quality health care we hope to extend these services comprehensively and that includes emergency care, inpatient care and rehabilitation through resource mobilizations.
