Projects

At Usawa Health Initiative, our projects are designed to address the most pressing health challenges facing underserved communities while building strong foundations for long-term change. Our Healthy Communities Program focuses on delivering health education and mobile clinics to rural and peri-urban areas where access to healthcare is often limited. Through this program, we provide preventive screenings, essential treatments, and health promotion activities that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their wellbeing.

Our Maternal & Child Health Initiative is dedicated to supporting safe pregnancies and reducing both infant and maternal mortality. We offer comprehensive antenatal care, skilled delivery support, and postnatal follow-up services to ensure mothers and babies receive the care they need at every stage.

Through Youth Health Champions, we engage young people as powerful advocates for sexual and reproductive health, HIV prevention, and mental health awareness. By equipping youth with accurate information and leadership skills, we foster a generation committed to positive health practices.

Finally, our Health Systems Strengthening project focuses on training frontline health workers and equipping local health facilities with critical medical supplies. By building capacity and improving infrastructure, we help communities sustain better health outcomes for years to come.
